This lovely Walpole Ma. Town home was only on the market for one day when the Sellers got an offer for $10,000 over the asking price! Interiors by Marianne Cherico was hired by Rosanna Gonser of RE/MAX Real Estate Center to advise the sellers on how to prepare their home to stand out on the market.
